Week 2

The Commitment.

Homework: The business plan becomes more than a plan when you put the content on paper. It is the beginning of actuality; it becomes the commitment. This session provides the content (outline of topics) to be included in your business plan.

Week 3

The Work.

Meet virtually with your accountability partner to discuss components of your plan and discuss where obvious gaps are. Does your business plan succinctly describe your business, while it positions the brand to customers, possible investors, and partners?  Does the marketing content of your plan address new customers and/or the retention of customers? Does your revenue model address financial assumptions and challenges regarding how your business is to make money?  How does your plan address the human capital current and future needs? Accountability partners will take time to review your plan and provide additional information regarding content that may be needed in your plan.
